I didn't have to do anything to fix my house, didn't have to stage the house and put up with showings. And we even got some extra time to stay at the house for free after closing -- allowing us to take care of personal belongings. Carol was always available, very courteous, and patient when we had to wait on the title company. We signed the papers with title company in the morning and the funds were in our account that afternoon! A+++ experience!
